New Home Affairs Office Opens at Centurion Mall

Robbie Ragless 29 July 2026 1 min read

Residents of Centurion will soon have access to a safer and more convenient Home Affairs facility, with Minister of Home Affairs Dr Leon Schreiber set to officially open the Department’s new office at Centurion Mall on Thursday, 30 July 2026.

The office has been relocated from its previous premises as part of the Department’s broader effort to improve the standard of service delivered to the public.

At the former location, clients frequently had to queue outdoors from early in the morning, often while exposed to rain, cold weather or extreme heat. The new office is situated inside Centurion Mall, providing visitors with a more secure, accessible and dignified environment while they wait to be assisted.

The relocation represents a practical improvement for residents who rely on Home Affairs for identity documents, passports and other essential civic services.
