• Employment Visa (Work Visa) — The standard pathway for foreign nationals who have received a job offer from a Saudi employer. The employer acts as the sponsor and must obtain approval from MHRSD. The visa is issued for employment in a specific role with a specific employer. Requires an attested employment contract, medical clearance, and professional credentials verified by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) or relevant bodies. (4–8 weeks)
• Visit Visa (Business / Tourism) — For foreign nationals visiting Saudi Arabia for business meetings, conferences, tourism, or short-term purposes. The eVisa system now allows citizens of 49+ countries to obtain a multiple-entry tourist visa online, valid for one year with stays of up to 90 days per visit.
