Company Invitation letter for a Business Visa
If you need to travel to South Africa for business purposes, then it usually required that you apply for a business visa if you’re not visa exempt. The South African Embassies abroad usually requires you submit an invitation from a South African company inviting you. Many foreigners are denied a business visa due to lack of inadequate invitations letters from South African companies.

• Invitation letter should be drafted by an South African company on an official letter head
• The letter should include contact details and particulars of the South African company
Please note that using an email address as reference would not suffice. The invitation letter may be faxed to the high commission or emailed.
