I was initially contacted by Marilize by telephone and we had a superb conversation And she was very professional and friendly And extremely helpful as I was totally clueless how to get a Visa to South Africa and she was good enough to explain basically what I needed then passed me on to Pindile who is now my case manager. This firm definitely knows what they are doing and everything is going very smoothly despite the current circumstances.
