As a young professional, I approach all aspects of my life with a positive outlook, work hard to achieve success and, above all, take pride in helping people. My position as intermediary between technology and people using these processes helps me not only to support people in need, but I am also exposed to a wide range of challenges that test my ability. I am passionate about my Portuguese heritage, so much so that I try to incorporate it in all facets of my life and career.
