A new procedure has been put in place by the Department of Home Affairs for the Section 11(2) Short Term Work Permit which now needs to be submitted abroad at the South African Embassies instead of submitting them to Head Office in Pretoria. The Department of Home Affairs has implemented these changes without any prior notice and has been made effective immediately.
Each embassy has a different set of requirements in place for the New Section 11(2) Short Term Work Permit as additional requirements has been added to the application. New World Immigration has maintained healthy relationships with most South African Embassy’s around the world and therefore has put systems in place to assist any corporate companies that need highly skilled foreign workers in South Africa.
