The Migration Queensland (MQ) Program officially launched TODAY, August 16, 2022, along with Queensland's new nomination criteria and factsheets.

Migration Queensland will only accept brand new EOIs submitted on Skillselect beginning August 16, 2022; updating existing EOIs submitted prior to August 16, 2022, will not be invited. Before submitting an Expression of Interest, please ensure that you have thoroughly read and comprehended the new criteria applicable to your stream or pathway, and that you meet the criteria (EOI).

This Skilled Migration Program for the fiscal year 2022-23 will be open to both onshore and offshore applicants, and will provide pathways for skilled workers, graduates, and small business owners.

The business programme will remain open to the 188 - Business Innovation, 188 - Investor, and 188 - Significant Investor streams. The new 188 - Entrepreneur stream will also be available beginning August 16th, 2022.
